netstreams.cms is a "Structured Wiki" extension for pmwiki. It comes with a set of predefined content-types (like article, blog, comment, issues) and enables users to create there own content types. It has a content type based permission system and strictly separates content from layout.

Content Types

  • different content types like Article, Blog, Issues, Comments

Layout

  • Fully templated and web based configurable Layout
  • strictly separation of content from layout
  • Desktop-Application like menu to manage all author and admin tasks
  • Configure layout settings via form for the entire site, a group or a singe page. 

Workflow

  • Qualification of content, examples: live cycle, status, priority and responsibility
  • Status Page sortable by pagetype status livecycle etc. 

User Authentication & Permissions

  • Page-Type based permissions. Per group customizable authentication-groups for each page-type.

Editting

  • Choose between Markup or WYSIWYG Editor
